ENERGY GRIP INC LAUNCH

On November 1, 2007, SUTI officially launched another new portfolio company: Energy Grip Inc. This is the fourth SUTI portfolio company to begin operations in 2007, making a total of six active companies.

The Energy Grip design incorporates a new technology to reduce harmful shock and dissipate golf club vibration before it reaches the hands while preserving the "feel" of the club. Energy Grip provides an enhanced level of performance, greater comfort and swing control. Energy Grip redefines the role of golf grips by enabling greater flexibility in the design and weight distribution of golf clubs.
