NEWPORT BEACH, CALIFORNIA – IntelliStick, Inc., manufacturer of the IntelliStick™ real-time engine oil condition monitor, announces the IntelliStick™ 2 with in-cockpit engine oil condition gauge.  IntelliStick 2 provides all of the features of the award-winning IntelliStick with the added convenience of a gauge.

The IntelliStick 2 provides an immediate warning of the harmful intrusion of contaminants such as coolant from a leaking head gasket and water caused by excessive condensation due to extreme operating conditions.  A new system feature includes a “low oil level” warning built into the gauge to alert you when your oil level is hazardously low.  Additional graphical data can be accessed using a digital interface through a Microsoft® Windows®-based Bluetooth®-enabled PDA, cell phone or laptop.  This allows the user to display the laboratory-grade “Kauffman Curve” graphically on-screen to also help monitor breakdown of your engine oil’s additives.

The IntelliStick 2’s durable “marine-quality” gauge is an industry-standard 2-1/16” diameter and can be mounted in-dash, or in an accessory gauge bracket above or below your dash.
