Now at prototype stage, IntelliStick product line provides a real-time testing solution for the individual and the maintenance shop, as an on-board kit or in OEM applications. The standard tester is a self-powered, flexible probe with a sensor array tip that enters through existing dipstick tubes to provide an instant reading of the target fluid’s condition. The on-board unit replaces a vehicle’s dipstick or other fluid cap, and is submerged in the fluid and provides readings through a dashboard gauge. |

The core technology, based on patented Single Electrode Conductivity Test (SECT), is an advanced electrochemical method of on-line or off-line fluid analysis to immediately determine the remaining useful life and contamination of the fluid. The IntelliStick technology was born of advanced research and has proven its effectiveness as low cost, reliable on-line monitoring sensors for military aircraft engines and is under study as an inexpensive, compact on-board sensor system for military diesel-powered HMMWVs (High-Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles.) |
