Titan’s patented technology is a continuous folding concept and process that empowers conventional sheet materials with enhances qualities, opening the door to new uses and applications. The application of new mathematical theories has enabled a novel design approach to folding sheet materials –similar but vastly superior to corrugation.

Titan folding will manufacturer initial product entries in large markets related to structural and configurable panels that provide stronger, lighter and cost effective alternatives for walls, floors, roofs, modular shelters, recreational vehicles, containers, pallets and other industries.

As examples: Permanent Building Structural Components (SIP Replacement, approaching 61.3 billion sq/ft wood panel by 20078; and US commercial spaced Raised Interior Floor Systems at 20-22 million sq/ft per yr.); Mobile, Modular Structures (390,500 RV’s shipped in 2006; and Modular Building industry estimates of $1 billion in annual manufacturing revenue); and Shipping Pallets and other applications (8-10 million new plastic pallets per yr.)
